- Barrington Archibald Davenport IV was born to Barrington Archibald Davenport III and Barbara 'Babs' Peabody in Long Island, New York on April 23, 1977.
- He has two older sisters, who both work in Washington DC. One is a litigation attorney, they other works at the Pentagon.
- His father was a Rhodes Scholar recipient. His mother is a philanthropist and socialite
- He grew up in a very affluent family, attending the most prestigious boarding schools and eventually attending Yale University, in New Haven, CT
- Despite the pressure to go into something like medicine or law, Barrington chose a more liberal path, finally obtaining his Masters in Fine Arts from Yale University
- Throughout his whole life, he was passionate about art, especially oil painting. He felt like he could change the world through it. "It relaxes me because it's just me and the canvas and there's no right way or wrong way."
- As a young boy, he was shy, withdrawn and introverted. He found solace in his sketch book, and art classes opened his eyes to a whole new world.
- In an effort to steer him away from his quiet nature, his parents forced him into many social events, including athletics.
- While Barrington was a natural athlete, an unfortunate accident during a lacrosse game cost him any future in sports. He withdrew even more after this.
- When he was in boarding school in New York, he met underclassman, Felicia Castille; he became her art mentor. She was a freshman, he was a senior.
- Even though he was shy and lacked confidence, he found his true escape with his friendship with Felicia. However, he was constantly bullied by his nemesis, Cole Cavataio.
- Although he never liked Cole he was a true friend to Felicia. Being there for her every time they broke up or had argued. This had caused Cole to hate Barrington more, Cole's bitterness for him was Cole believing Barrington had a 'thing' for Felicia.
- The relationship never went passed friendship for the two of them. They keep in touch as much as possible which brings Barrington to Chicago.
- Excelling as an Arts Major throughout his college career; Barrington has landed a job as Production Manager; he has ten years of experience in technical theatre production, several years spent managing people and a department. Spent six years of touring, with at least three of those being internationally.
- He is now attending The Art Institute of Chicago for Gallery Talks through the rest of the month as well as September through October with his business partner
